2. Services

Altariya Global Connect offers recruitment services focused on engineering and architectural talent across India, UAE, and USA, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, video interviews, and HR partnership.

3. Employer & Candidate Obligations

• Employers must supply accurate job descriptions and timely feedback.

• Candidates must provide truthful details about qualifications, experience, and identity.

4. Payment & Fees

• A 25% advance deposit is required to initiate hiring services.

• Remaining fees are due within 10 days of the candidate’s joining date.

• GST (18%) is applicable where relevant.

5. Replacement Guarantee

• Plans include free replacement for candidates who leave within the defined guarantee period:

  • Standard Plan: 3 months

  • Premium Plan: 4 months

  • HR Partner Plan: 6 months

• Replacement policy applies only once per role.

6. Refunds

• No refunds will be provided, except as explicitly agreed in writing.

• Advance fees are non-refundable once services are in progress.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• We collect, process, and store personal data per our Privacy Policy (link).

• We do not share data with third parties without consent.

• Employers and candidates agree to keep user information confidential.

8. Intellectual Property

• All website content (text, logos, images) belongs to Altariya Global Connect.

• No content may be reproduced or used without our explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

• We do not guarantee candidate performance or job success.

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific hire.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate services in writing with 30 days’ notice.

• Outstanding payments must be settled promptly, and any scheduled replacements honored.

11. Modifications to Terms

• Terms may be updated at any time.

• Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated Terms.

• We will notify users of major changes.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by laws of India.

• Disputes will be resolved through courts in Delhi.
